As our business continues to grow, we’re now on the lookout for an experienced & talented VRP specialist to take the lead of VRP/ISP for multiple Strikeforce clients, working with Woolworths New Zealand.

About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) / Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) located in Auckland. Working with an amazing team, the role involves managing vendor replenishment ensuring optimal inventory levels & delivering effective replenishment to the Retailer's Distribution Centres, providing smooth end to end supply & giving the supplier an additional voice within the retailers' business.
​
Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, placing orders, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, analysing demand forecasts, and implementing inventory strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to provide accurate and timely reporting, identify and resolve supply chain issues, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

About You
-
Minimum of 12 months experience in Vendor Replenishment Planning / Integrated Supply Planning within FMCG Sector

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand forecasting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly developed negotiation skills with the ability to influence a cross section of stakeholders
-
Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams
-
Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
-
Knowledge of WWNZ Ordering Systems would be highly regarded
-
Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
